Zara Haslo Jhoomlo Gaalo Mere Saath Oh DIL walon.... Comeon sing and dance with me

It is so ironical that a negative character in one of the greatest movies ever made could say a line so amazing and so true.. "WHY SO SERIOUS"....

If I am able to recall correctly it was the great Charlie Chaplin that said

"A DAY WITHOUT LAUGHTER IS A DAY WASTED"

be it our very own charlie Chaplin or "the dark KNIGHT" they passed on a message so true and so not what we humans believe and follow....

Our life unconsciously revolves around ourselves, our family, our worries our dreams our glory and that in the middle of all this we stop living and we stop laughing... I always say if you having a bad day its even more fun cause if you get out of that smiling the sleep u get at night is amazing (and i love my sleep).

No but on a serious note i sincerely believe that "YOU DON''T STOP LAUGHING BECAUSE YOU GROW OLD BUT YOU GROW OLD BECAUSE YOU STOP LAUGHING"

Misery and sorrow are like the bad guys in a movie they keep coming back to kill you until you kill them yourself or until you get a full proof way to defend against them... And god has given us the simplest of curves to fight it "A smile".... What is very funny is that we spend hours and hours getting all the wrong curves of our body into shape and forget the one curve that would really help life get better "A SIMPLE SMILE"..

A smile can really go miles, in not only uplifting your mood but even those around you... Somehow I have this inherent urge to make sure that at least my friends around me are not down and depressed for tooo long because if they are i start getting edgy and restless with the negativity and I have to get that smile back on even if it means loosing my sanity and saying something so not rational... and for those asking "WHY?" I can't answer your question.. because i guess even i have no answer to that. Some say its because i have a big heart some say you love to nag and interfere.. I say no I love to smile.. and I don't want to look like the jackass who smiles alone... Smiling is a extremely contagious disease just like crying.. Yes the single curve takes a while to catch on as compared to to the zillions frwoning your face but ity does catch on

Food for thought:- " Have you ever noticed in a play group if one baby starts crying slowly all of them do, but if one kid is enjoying and laughing you see the cranky ones ease up and follow his lead...." amazing ain't it...

SO decide waht you want to be the cranky child who makes the world cry or you want to be that one guy/gal who no matter what stood against all odds.. and WON just cause he decided to smile a bit more than the others...

Keep a Smile always guys no matter what.. trust me it works...

Doctor's Prescription:- When unwell or when down with sorrow think of the 1 thing that has made you laugh and smile the most from your heart... I bet my life your pain will reduce your tears will dry up and your life will change.. It is tried tested and proven.... THink about it no harm giving it a try.. What's the worst that ocul happen you owuld get back to your sorry state right so why not try it and see if it changes your mood...

And to quote the late KISHOR DA:-

"Haste gate jahan se guzar,
Duniya ki tu parvah na kar,
Muskuraate hue din bitana,
Yahan kal kya ho kisne jaana,
Haan zindagi ek safar hai suhana,
Yahan kal kya ho kisne jaana."

Which means:-

"LIVE LIFE FREE, SMILE AND DANCE AWAY ALONG THE ROADS OF LIFE.... SPEND EACH DAY SMILING.... YOU NEVER KNOW WHATS INSTORE FOR YOU TOMORROW..LIFES A BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY" -- AMEN
